a.) Shipping Cost
We ship all packages via USPS Priority Shipping at no additional charge.
b.) How Long Does It Take To Arrive?
We ship from the US.
On average, US shipments take 2 to 4 business days from the time the order is placed to its arrival. Orders from the Western/Mountain states arrive in around 2 days, while orders going to the East take closer to 3 days, but sometimes take longer. Approximately 1 in 50 shipments is delayed. If a shipment does not arrive, we send you a replacement.
c.) When Does a Tracking Number Get Sent?
Tracking numbers are sent out at the end of the day, often late, which means your tracking number has been uploaded to our tracking link website. You can select the link to view it now.

We have a phone number, but we don't list it on the website because nearly every question can be answered efficiently and effectively by email, and we need a text record of every interaction with our customers.
